Full Return Policy

• All returns require an RMA which can be requested from your customer account or by contacting support.
• New, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• If the order was shipped with free shipping, we may deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. It is recommended you purchase insurance/tracking for your return shipments, as we are not liable for returned items until we receive them.
• If you receive incorrect or defective items, we will replace them at no cost, and will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received.
